Music at Morris-Jumel's resident ensemble Brooklyn Baroque will present a program of music by J. S. Bach and his lesser-known contemporaries. Featured on the program will be a cello sonata by Joseph Bodin de Boismortier; a trio sonata by the Italian cellist Giacobbe Cervetto, who may have played in Handel's orchestra; selections from a harpsichord suite by Johann Ludwig Krebs, Bach's star pupil; a sonata for flute and continuo by Jean-Marie Leclair; and Bach's Flute Sonata in E Minor.
