Tickets Recognizing the fact that ticket sales never cover the costs of an orchestra concert, and in keeping with our mission to make early music concerts more accessible, we have devised an innovative system for pricing and selling tickets: $50 ~ Reserved seat in any section of the house $10 ~ Reserved seat in the mezzanine FREE ~ At the door starting at 6 pm (remaining unsold tickets)
The system works like this:
~If you would like to support Sinfonia New York and be assured of a location of your choice, we invite you to buy advanced tickets for $50. You may choose any section in the house. ~If you're on a budget, but you want to be assured of a seat, we offer $10 reserved tickets in the mezzanine. ~Unsold tickets, if any, will be distributed FREE at the door.
Seating Plan Seating at the modest-sized New York Society for Ethical Culture Hall wraps around the stage in a semi circle. The orchestra extends back 10 rows. The balcony has 8 rows, while the mezzanine, which is under the balcony, has 6 rows. Acoustics are excellent throughout the hall (best in the center orchestra and balcony) and all sightlines are good (best in center balcony). The Hall is used by Lincoln Center for chamber music events. For a detailed seating chart, click here.
We have divided the hall into 9 sections: Orchestra: Left, Center, Right Mezzanine: Left, Center, Right Balcony: Left, Center, Right |
