2. Mailed tickets arrive in a window envelope with "GEMS" as return address, regardless of the organization performing or sponsoring the event.
3. If tickets are ordered within two weeks of a performance, they will be held at the door for you, unless you select "Print at Home" delivery.
4. Your credit card will show the charge as Gotham Early Music or "GEMS", regardless of the organization performing or sponsoring the event.
5. A service charge is added to the face value of the tickets to over the costs of processing credit cards and handling your order.
6. REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for tickets may be issued at the option of the performing ensemble and GEMS.
