Palestrina at 500

Palestrina remains a monumental figure in music history, celebrated for his unmatched mastery of sacred polyphony during the Renaissance. In celebration of Palestrina’s 500th birthday, the Choir of St. Luke in the Fields, directed by David Shuler, presents a complete Mass setting using movements from several of his Masses, plus motets.
