Handel’s Hercules (concert performance)

Critics and audiences have flocked to Carnegie Hall for The English Concert’s multiple “opera-in-concert” productions of works by Handel. “Expert as always … no one plays Handel like this,” New York Classical Review recently raved. For this season’s matinee event, Harry Bicket has chosen a dramatic rarity: Handel’s Hercules. Enjoy this chance to hear an elusive musical drama by one of history’s most entertaining vocal composers, brought to life by a world-class cast.
