SUMMARY:The English Concert
DESCRIPTION:Handel’s Hercules (concert performance)\nCritics and audiences have flocked to Carnegie Hall for The English Concert’s multiple “opera-in-concert” productions of works by Handel. “Expert as always … no one plays Handel like this\,” New York Classical Review recently raved. For this season’s matinee event\, Harry Bicket has chosen a dramatic rarity: Handel’s Hercules. Enjoy this chance to hear an elusive musical drama by one of history’s most entertaining vocal composers\, brought to life by a world-class cast. \nSunday\, March 15 at 2 pm\nTickets: starting at $28\nStern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall\, 57th Street and 7th Avenue\, Manhattan
