Box Office/Will Call
Online Event Ticketing sales by GEMS are available until several hours prior to concert time, by agreement, after which an online notice invites patrons to purchase tickets at the concert venue, subject to availability. At the concert venue, a manifest including advance online Event Ticketing sales, complimentary tickets and third-party sales will be used by GEMS personnel. Concert venue Event Ticketing will be available at the Box Office either by cash, credit card or check.
Merchandise Sales
20% commission including credit card fees applies to all sales made by GEMS personnel
Concert Manager
A GEMS staff member will be present at the venue to coordinate personnel including Box Office/Will Call and ushers. The Concert Manager will liaise with artists to determine the exact starting time and will make pre-concert announcements upon request.
Ushers
GEMS maintains a contingent of volunteer ushers who are available at no additional charge, as needed. Requests for GEMS ushers must be made at least one month prior to the concert date(s).
Signage
GEMS provides appropriate signage for artists and patrons, including venue entrances and exits, rest rooms, restricted areas, etc.
Fees
$60/hour following a 30-minute free initial consultation with GEMS staff. Thereafter, pro-rated hourly charges apply for contractual agreements, maintenance of ticket sales and marketing campaigns, on-site management door to door from the GEMS office on W. 106th St in Manhattan, and concert close-outs including ticket sales, merchandise and net expenses.
Discounts of 15% apply to GEMS fiscally sponsored ensembles.

GEMS Presents!
GEMS Presents! is an annual New York concert series tailored to solo early music artists and ensembles allowing them to concentrate on musicmaking while we handle venue rentals and associated logistics, as well as the option to add online and on-site services (see info on this page). GEMS also offers professionally produced live streams and archival audio/video recordings.
GEMS has existing relationships with many New York venues. We are happy to add others to our list!
Fees
$60/hour for GEMS services, following an initial free 30-minute consultation.
