A Bach Christmas
The Choir of St. Luke in the Fields, directed by David Shuler, accompanied by the Baroque in the Fields period instrument ensemble, will perform three of Johann Sebastian Bach's joyful cantatas for the Christmas season: Nun komm, der Heiden Heiland, BWV 62, for Advent, Darzu ist erschienen der Sohn Gottes, BWV 40, and Gloria in excelsis Deo, BWV 191.
