ABOUT THE ARTIST: Internationally renowned pianist Polina Osetinskaya began playing piano at age five and gave her first concert at age six, later attending the Moscow Conservatory under the legendary Vera Gornostaeva. Osetinskaya appears on the world’s most prestigious stages including Stern Auditorium at Carnegie Hall, where she most recently appeared in a sold-out performance with Maxim Vengerov.

Osetinskaya has appeared with numerous orchestras and chamber partners, and recorded with Sony Music, among others. Her varied repertoire is built on juxtaposing complex classical works with music by today’s more avant-garde composers like Arvo Pärt. Osetinskaya spoke out against the war in Ukraine and has faced censure in Russia.
