HAYDN: DIALOGUES (featuring Darian Donovan Thomas)

Join the Cramer Quartet for the inaugural concert of the ensemble’s 2026 residency at Nancy Manocherian’s the cell theatre. The program pairs Haydn’s String Quartet in B-flat Major, Op. 76, No. 4, “Sunrise” with its companion commission, Sunrise No. 277 by Darian Donovan Thomas. The second half features a solo set by composer, multi-instrumentalist, and interdisciplinary artist Darian, praised by Steve Reich as “bright, fresh and, in the best sense, innocent.” A reception will follow featuring a signature cocktail by Sammi Katz and Olivia McGiff of Spirited Women.
